Rental Guide

Use this guide to navigate your Work2gether rental. Learn the rules of the space, prepare for the event, and understand some of the tips and tricks to make the most of your day.

RULES

Age limit: 18 +
No one under the age of 18 should enter the space during
an event. If you plan to have children under the age of 18,
we will require an additional security deposit of $500.​

Beverages:
All of our in-house beverages including our Nitro Cold Brew,
beer, and liquor are not to be used or taken. Additionally, you
are responsible for making sure that anyone who consumes
alcohol is over the age of 21.​

Access:
You are only given access to the areas you have rented
out. For example, if you have rented out the first floor, you
are not to go upstairs or in any other areas of the space
without given permission.

Furniture:
Furniture, decorations, etc. are not to be moved. If you
would like anything moved, please let us know ahead of
time (see “preparation” page).

Refrigerator
Our red refrigerator is not to be used during events, as it is
reserved for our members. If you need refrigeration, please
bring your own cooler and ice.

PREPARATION

Completion and signature of our online Rental Agreement.

In-person visit to fill out and sign your event's Layout Guide. Must be completed and returned within 7 days prior to event.​

50% nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking and an additional $500 security deposit if there are children under the age of 18.

.Photos (not video) can be displayed on the monitors. We will provide you a Google Drive link to drop your images. Images must be individual images (no slideshows), png/jpg files, landscape 16:9 ratio, and each folder may only contain 10 images. You may request to have up to 5 folders to display on individual monitors. All images must be uploaded at least 72hrs prior to the event.

Choice of caterer: are you bringing your own or having it catered? If
catered, by who?

You may have a total of one hour to set up and clean up outside of your allotted time. For example, you may split 30 minutes beforehand to setup and 30 minutes afterward to cleanup. Anything longer than an hour will be charged an
additional hour fee. You will not have access until the start of your rental.
